Those Who Want to Learn Turkish by Receiving an Invitation Letter

Those who want to learn Turkish at Bartin University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (BARÜ-TÖMER) by receiving an Invitation Letter can apply by following the steps below.

A- OBTAINING A TÖMER NUMBER AND PROVIDING DOCUMENTS

1- Visit https://veri.bartin.edu.tr/u/tomer_ogrenci_kayit.html to obtain a TÖMER number. (Instead of leaving the blank, you can write “---“for the questions that you cannot answer! Otherwise, the system will not approve you!)

2- Print out the commitment document and application form provided in the link and sign it. Then keep these documents in PDF format or take a clear photo of them. When you come to Turkey, submit them to the BARÜ-TÖMER Student Affairs Office.

B- SENDING DOCUMENTS

3- Send your invitation letter request for “TURKISH LANGUAGE COURSE VISA” to budem@bartin.edu.tr e-mail address together with the following documents. (Applications other than TURKISH LANGUAGE COURSE VISA will not be accepted.)

      a) Commitment
      b) Application Form
      c) Passport Photo

4- Later, make your payment by CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD from the link we will send you to make the payment.

C- EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS AND COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

5- After the necessary checks are made, an invitation letter will be sent to your e-mail address. You must come to Turkey within 10 days with the invitation letter and complete your registration procedures at BARÜ-TÖMER. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled, and the fee will not be refunded.
